- How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are mailing your order to us, you can just throw in a personal check or money order if you like.
- Will I know when my order has shipped?
When we send out your order by UPS you will receive an e-mail stating that your order has gone out. You will only receive e-mail notification if you provided an e-mail address!
- How will my order ship?

- Damaged Merchandise?
If you have received merchandise that was damaged in transit please save all packing material and call us at 607.432.1050 or email us at: info@shopcountryjunction.com
- Returns?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you can return them within 30 days for credit or exchange. Sorry, but we are unable to refund shipping charges.

- How do I make my soy candle burn to its potential?
Before lighting your candle please remove all bows and tags from container. When you light your candle be sure all debris is cleared from the candle. Make sure your wick is trimmed to approx. ½”. If you have burned the candle before please remove the mushroom that may have formed on your wick. This is a carbon deposit created by the large amount of fragrance we use in every candle. We recommend that you burn your candle until the melt pool at least reaches the edges of the container, this will ensure a more even burn. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not leave your candle unattended, especially near pets and children, Keep Them Safe!
- What if I have a candle that does not burn as I think it should?
Check to make sure you have followed the directions from above. If you are still having a problem with your Country Junction soy candle, send it back to us. We will replace it for free! Just send your candle to:
